The leading forums of Mediations and Arbitrations included in our experience are; the International Court of Arbitration at the ICC, the London Court of International Arbitrations (LCIA), Court of Arbitration for Sports in Switzerland (CAS), UNCITRAL, Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) and Dubai International Finance Center (DFIC). In addition we have handled matters involving laws of England, Singapore, UAE and Switzerland amongst others.

Transactions undertaken by us include acquisitions in the telecommunication sector, construction and FIDIC contracts, lending & debt, financial product structuring, O&M contracts and franchise operations.
