Mr. Khalil started law practice in 1990 and admitted as an Advocate the August Supreme Court in 2007. With 30 years of rigorous practice and experience Mr. Khalil is considered an outclass civil, criminal and constitutional lawyer. Areas of his expertise include Banking, Property, Revenue, Labour & Services, Family, Administration and Public Procurement.
During his professional career he has remained Additional Prosecutor General for the National Accountability Bureau and counsel for State Life Corporation of Pakistan, KPK Highway Authority, Pakistan International Airlines, Peshawar Electric Supply Corporation, University of Technology, Habib Bank Ltd., Lady Reding Hospital. He has also remained an Executive Member of the KPK Bar Council from 2004 to 2009 and continues to be an active member of the KPK Bar Council.
